• Account information: Name, email address, and password (hashed).
• Business information: Business name, phone number, address, and GST number that you enter in your profile.
• Invoice data: Client names, contact details, services, and amounts you enter to create invoices and estimates.
• Expense data: Expense titles, categories, amounts, and dates you record.
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as page visits and feature usage to improve the product.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Ozydo service
• Populate your invoices and PDF documents with your business details
• Send you account-related notifications (e.g., subscription confirmations)
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Your data is currently stored locally in your browser's localStorage. In our cloud version, data is stored on secure servers hosted on Supabase, which complies with SOC 2 Type II standards.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and access controls.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Payment processors (Razorpay): To process subscription payments securely.
• Infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database), bound by data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or valid government order.

You have the right to:

• Access and download your data at any time from your account
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Object to processing of your data
