By accessing or using Ozydo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Ozydo is operated by Ozydo ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms apply to all users of the service.

Ozydo is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) that enables small businesses, freelancers, and sole proprietors to:

• Create and manage professional invoices and estimates
• Track business expenses and payments
• Generate PDF invoices
• Share invoices via WhatsApp and email
• Monitor business revenue and financial performance

To use Ozydo, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Ozydo offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 5 invoices and 3 estimates per month with basic features.
• Pro Monthly: ₹99 per month, billed monthly. Includes all features with unlimited usage.
• Pro Yearly: ₹999 per year, billed annually. Includes all features and 2 months free vs monthly billing.

All payments are processed securely. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
• Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of technical issues or billing errors. To request a refund, contact us at support@ozydo.in within 7 days of the charge.

You agree not to use Ozydo to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices
• Impersonate any business or individual
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Your privacy is important to us. By using Ozydo, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Your business data (invoices, client details, expenses) is stored securely and is accessible only to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Ozydo and all its associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Ozydo, including your business information, client data, and invoices.

Ozydo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The PDF documents generated are legally valid in your jurisdiction
• The service will meet your specific business or accounting requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with the tax and legal requirements in your jurisdiction, including GST/VAT regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozydo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business information
• Costs of substitute services

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
