Ozydo and all its associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you input into Ozydo, including your business information, client data, and invoices.
Ozydo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with the tax and legal requirements in your jurisdiction, including GST/VAT regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozydo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
